Profile
Providing Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Customer Support for the company’s US and Indian e-commerce ventures.
The support will be through Inbound Voice / Web Chat / Mail.
Placing online orders at the manufacturers’ sites.
Ensuring that all customers are happy at the end of the interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
Any graduate/post graduate with excellent command over written and Spoken English.
A minimum of 3 months experience in the related field.
Should be Internet savvy and have good expertise in MS Office packages.
