As a Program Manager at Valyoo, you will define, schedule and co-ordinate multiple development projects that make up a product. You will do everything in your capability to ensure objectives are met according to specified guidelines and deadlines.   6. Working closely with CEO & COO to frame and implement policies for employee and company growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Should be a graduate, preferably an Engineer from a reputed college
  2. An MBA degree in HR would be a plus
  3. Experience of 1-4 years in IT companies or HR consultancies
  4. Should be a team leader with a dynamic personality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Candidates having prior experience in head hunting and campus recruitment will be preferred.
